Carl Jung presented an idea that everyone has a personality type, that is unique, yet shares enough commonalities to be categorized in a way that we can understand these commonalities. Myers-Briggs, a mother daughter team, were incredibly passionate about this concept and so they developed the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) which defines 16 possible personality types. You can read much more about MBTI at MBTI.com. The MBTI determines four unique points about an individual. Please note, there is a sliding scale to each of the four indicators, so one may only be slightly introverted, extremely introverted or some wide range between those two poles for example.

We help students identify their ideal career path by using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to match their unique personality type to the best-fitting career options. Based on this assessment, we guide learners through selecting a career they are passionate about. Afterward, we connect them with colleges and universities that align with their goals, factoring in reputation, graduation rates, and affordability. Upon graduation, students return to our platform to access job opportunities from top organizations in their field of study, helping them secure a career that aligns with their passions.
Supporting the Arts
At Success University, we believe in the power of creativity and self-expression. Our Art Show program celebrates artistic talent by providing students with an opportunity to showcase their work in various mediums. Camp Passion (STEM Learning)
