Bridging the Gap Between Opportunity and Success

Success University is driven by a passion to support Ohio’s high school students through education and career matching using MBTI and artists through The Hocking Hills Craft Show. We strive to bridge the gap between potential and success, fostering a supportive environment where all students and artists can thrive. We work closely with local partners to provide the resources students and artists need to achieve their goals.

Success University is a 501c non-profit organization that has been founded to address an opportunity in our education and career selection systems. The majority of High school graduates will make education decisions based on various non-scientific reasons. Young adults will be asked to enter society without knowledge of resources and skills required for self-care, they start out without knowing their passion. Many students will select an educational journey based on potential financial gain, parental choice, friend influence, and many other reasons, not rooted in science. Many young adults from our inner cities never get the opportunity to discover where food is sourced and how to care for their homes, or mental health. So many of us are in survival mode in a life journey/career, because the career does not fit life, passion, or our personality type. This traditional mold of those with access and those with no access needs to be redesigned, and we hope to lead in this process. With your help we will offer better tools and platforms for High school graduates and artists in our Ohio communities.
